Livewell Estates, Bryanston, was buzzing with excitement as families, partners, and staff gathered to celebrate the launch of our final development phase. The new wing provides an additional 20 luxury units for families seeking specialised dementia care. The extension is part of Livewell’s commitment to providing high-quality care for residents with dementia. Our guests left inspired by the harmony of our typical peaceful Estate where they could imagine our residents strolling in a safe place where everyone feels included, can remain independent for longer, receive specialised care and partake in memory-stimulating activities.
Dementia is a debilitating condition that affects seniors’ memory, thinking, and behaviour. The condition is progressive and can lead to loss of independence and social isolation. Livewell provides a range of services designed to meet the unique needs of residents with dementia, including 24-hour care, medication management, memory-care activities, are more.
The new wing at Bryanston is luxuriously designed, keeping in mind our residents living with dementia during the entire design process. The additional 20 units feature a large bedroom, bathroom and private verandah. Due to the demand for specialised and personalised dementia care, there are only ten units currently available.
